Administrative Assistant - Burlingame

The successful candidate must have served as a high-level or advanced Administrative Assistant to be considered; prior employment will be verified. Must have the capacity and motivation to master a steep learning curve; must be able to prioritize and complete extremely high workloads on time, must have experience working with numbers and money; must be proficient in composing professional letters with good grammar and writing skills. Must be able to solve problems and produce a high-quality work product. Must be able to take direction and follow structured procedures.

Dispatching candidate will be taking work orders from signatory contractors; checking the database of members on the out-of-work list & dispatching member(s) that match criteria; assisting members with questions and/or requests relating to dispatch, the out-of-work list, and membership.

Construction Equipment Operator (CEO) Instructor - Nevada

The requirements are as follows: Provide both field and classroom training to all levels of apprentices and/or journey-level operators. Provide professional and constructive feedback and conduct student evaluations. Develop and revise curriculum for assigned classes. Maintain daily training records. Conduct classroom safety meetings at the JAC. Attend district meetings and other JAC and Local 3 events. Become familiar with and enforce the Apprenticeship Standards, Rules, and Regulations of Registered Apprentices.
