Utah, District 12 – Old Fashioned Picnic and Car Show

2018 Operating Engineers Old Fashioned Labor Day Picnic and Car Show
Monday, Sept. 3; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Magna Copper Park, 8950 West 2600 South, Magna
Additional information: Car show is $20 to enter and includes a T-shirt and dash plaque. Operating Engineers will be congregating at the North West Pavilion. Lunch will be served for members and their families, while it lasts! There will be free cotton candy and snow cones. Entertainment includes bounce houses, a concert and a raffle.

Oakland, District 20 – South Bay Labor Council

The South Bay Labor Council is continuing the tradition of making Labor Day, Monday, September 3rd, a great celebration.  We hope you and your members and all your families will join us. Redding, District 70 – Five Counties CLC

33rd Annual Labor Day Picnic – Five Counties Central Labor Council (CLC), Northern California Building and Construction Trades Council and Northern California labor unions
When: Monday, Sept. 3, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Anderson River Park (Main BBQ area), 2800 Rupert Road, Anderson
Admission: Meal ticket (includes hamburger, chicken or hot dog, beans and chips): $5 (free for children ages six and under). Pre-sale tickets are available from the Five Counties CLC or your local union office. Those who purchase a pre-sale ticket will be eligible to enter a raffle with 100 percent American-made prizes!
Additional information: Fishing derby at noon (come early and bring your own bait and pole). Watermelon eating contest at 2 p.m. Entertainment includes Bingo and live music by Fire Mountain Rock.
