California High Speed Rail
Set to break ground in late 2012, High-Speed Rail (HSR) is a vital project in California. In a move that will surely make history, California Gov. Jerry Brown signed legislation in July 2012, ensuring the state's High-Speed Rail project will become a reality and begin next year.
It is estimated that as many as 100,000 construction-related jobs will be supported each year that the system is being built.
